Professor Phantom is when the DNA of The Professor collided with The Phantom. The Phantom is the arch enemy of The Professor and made his first appearence in The Professor in 2008 episode 1 Earth Phantom, it ended with The Professor's blood falling on Phantom's mask and thats when DNA was combined! Professor Phantom regenerates once as he has part of The Professor in him, but with a weekness, if Phantom's mask stays on then Professor Phantom stays alive. The Professor could easily destroy PP (Professor Phantom) in an instant if he wanted to and he does as part of the exacution with these charges:

Murdered 24 humans. Used Star Ship to murder 7 TimeLords. (6 were crutial for the Time War) Murdered All 5 of his ressorectors. Murdered the human of which the human DNA came from. Murdered 1 000 000 daleks. And murdered 2 000 000 Kaleds.
