Notes:

• Image: and File: may be used interchangeably.
• Placement can be specified as left or center. Leave this out and the default placement will be on the right.
• The default width is 220 pixels, but this can be changed by specifying a width (e.g., 400px) or a height (e.g., x60px). If both parameters are included (e.g., 400x60px), the image will be sized to whichever is smaller.

Citations using the name parameter. For the first reference:
