To-do List

  • Create article for Bendigo Mitchell, the Warwickshire highwayman.
  • Create Pennie (given name), rarer than the ‘Penny’ version but it exists.
  • Investigate the bridge term ‘blue Peter’ and its alleged naming by Lord Bentinck (see ‘blue Peter’ on Wiktionary).
  • Add Sanatogen to the flavored fortified wine (tonic wine) article as it’s FAR AND AWAY the main brand. Old advertising info on eBay proves it was once a brand owned by the Whiteway cider company of Whimple, Devon, that closed down in 1985 - try to find the current brand owner.
  • Mention the connections between the Irvine Welsh film/book ‘Filth’ and the ‘Frank Sidebottom’ character at Chris Sievey or Filth (film)
  • Mention the Sumitra Biswas rape and murder incident at R. G. Kar Medical College and Hospital
