I am a a computer geek (thus the user name) specializing in database connectivity & information warehousing, and small computer networking, but my hobby (and hopefully my eventual profession) is musicology specializing in organology.
I hail from the thriving metropolis of Des Lacs, North Dakota. Originally from Farmington Hills, Michigan, I came to Minot Air Force Base kicking and screaming, but now, you couldn't drag me out of North Dakota!

Been a registered user since April 2006, but didn't start editing until mid-to-late 2006. Took a some fairly lengthy "wiki-breaks", but slowly getting back into it again when I notice things that could use a touch-up. Still got a long way to go and a lot to learn about this Wikipedia thing!
