Daniel Gray

Daniel Gray has been involved in the Conservative movement since he was 16 years old. By 2019, he helped his mom, Tracy Gray, win a contested Federal Conservative nomination. He then ran Voter ID and GOTV electing her as the Kelowna-Lake Country MP.

Daniel was the regional organizer for Erin O’Toole in Northern and Interior BC during his leadership race, delivering a win in all ridings. Daniel also served as Campaign Manager for BC MLA Norm Letnick, Assistant Deputy Speaker & former Minister of Agriculture.

In 2022, Daniel founded Gray Matter Digital Inc., a national political strategy and consulting firm. His father, Larry Gray, who has been involved in the Conservative movement for over 30 years, brought in his experience and relationship capital as a partner.

Most recently, Gray Matter was awarded the contract to manage & execute Voter ID on Danielle Smith’s by-election in Alberta. Gray Matter is now working in targeted Alberta ridings electing UCP candidates in nominations, facilitating training events, and conducting surveys/voter identification polls across Alberta.
