What am I Doing Here?

This user works in science and has a BSc and MSc. The user is interested in protecting science from fundamentalism and a rigid world view. As scientists we need to accept that our current paradigm will change and what may not be considered possible today, may well be tomorrow. The belief that the world views of others are inferior to ours because they cannot be validated within our current knowledge of the universe, is arrogant and misguided. Many of the giants on whose shoulders we stand were ridiculed for their beliefs. By following the view that anything is possible we open the door to new knowledge and understanding.
