Hello! This Wikipedia account belongs to Mark C J Posen B.Sc. M.Sc. C.Eng. MIET.

I'm the Managing Director and Principal Engineer of RPC Telecommunications Ltd. a UK-based satellite engineering consultancy.

I'm a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology in the UK. I hold the degree of Master of Science in Satellite Communications Engineering from the University of Surrey in the UK.

My personal expertise is as a satellite and radiocommunications engineer, and my main area of activity is in the international regulation and use of the radio spectrum. I have been lucky enough to work on some really interesting projects and I've personally supported or continue to support the ITU registration and frequency coordination activities of numerous international satellite projects including TONGASAT, VINASAT, Hellas-Sat, Kypros Satellites, Thuraya, YahSat, RapidEye, SWANsat and others.

My interests in Wikipedia are, perhaps not surprisingly, mainly in trying to improve the coverage of articles related to satellite and radio communications, especially in the radio-regulatory area. Pages that I have contributed to include:

I'm also interested in contributing to the general accuracy and presentation of Wikipedia, so you may also find me editing any pages where I feel I can contribute.
