I never said that states do not recognize each other's licenses. I said that there is no federal law requiring them to do so. If you post something on wikipedia, it needs to be verifiable by a citation. You yourself admitted that this law "does not exist", therefore you cannot post it. You cannot post something based on "common sense" as you claim.
