Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Kenneth Alan User:Kenneth Alan has been banned for one year commencing at 00:00 October 2, 2004. All edits by Kenneth Alan may be reverted, and all usernames and IP addresses used by Kenneth Alan may be blocked.

Based on Wikipedia policy for ban evasion, the ban on this user is extended to March 31, 2006 May 6, 2006 FOREVER for evasion as User:24.255.40.174 and previous sock-puppets.

Please, when one of his sockpuppets is discovered, try to revert its edits. A semi-bogus addition at Viken had been undiscovered for half a year when I found it.--Wiglaf 08:49, 1 August 2005 (UTC)
