"Katmosphere" is a registered trademark of an artist - a thirty-something, Irish/Hungarian, Scorpio from the Jersey Shore town - that's well known for very early 20th century shark attacks that led to the movie, "Jaws" She is well traveled, has a plethora of outlandish experiences, has sustained many debilitating injuries and surgeries, (most of which left her bedridden for several years). She has loved (and lost) more than anyone her age should have. She also has a genius IQ - yet barely graduated high school!
Her name is a mash up inspired by the musical team, Atmosphere, and a shortened version of the artist's name, Kathryn.
Many of her prose, style and ideas stem from and are inspired by the group, Atmosphere, more specifically, the lyricist Slug, aka Sean Daley, a Minnesota based hip-hop, life inspired, poet.
Katmosphere is mostly noted as a photographer, (specializing in portraits, a writer, graphic designer, and multimedia artist - including a modern form of expression - "Duct Tape Art" - a funky and fun form of creating and/or covering items with "fashion" or designer Duct/Duck Tape.
She currently resides "down the shore", with her fiancee - a high end chef and computer computer genius - doing freelance work and is a full time homemaker for her future husband and two crazy cats.
