Although the least powerful of the MEFs, it can simultaneously put this force ashore in just its first assault wave: 

830 Marines (1 battalion) deep inland via 2 squadrons of CH-46 helicopters
1625 Marines (2 battalions) over the beach in 65 AAVs
18 LAV-25s, 4 KLR650 motorcycles, and 2 M-1 Abrams tanks (1 armored recon. company) on 7 LCAC-1s
24 M777 155mm howitzers (1 marine artillery battalion) via 3 squadrons of CH-53 helicopters

with the support of: 

12 F/A-18 Hornets (1 squadron)
4 AV-8B Harrier II jump jets
4 AH-1W Super Cobra helicopters
2 UH-1N helicopters
