Joel specializes in Office and Investment research within the CBRE Singapore Research team. He assists to identify research opportunities and undertakes core research activities to support the regional research effort and business lines. His responsibilities include generic research interests related to real estate and the capital markets. He also supports the development of advance forecasting and modeling techniques for the real estate markets.

Prior to joining CBRE, Joel was a graduate trainee with UBS Investment Bank where he has experience in banking, due diligence and risk management as well as research and modeling techniques. He was awarded both the Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt for making significant contributions to the overall business management strategy of the bank.

Joel is also an experienced mediator with the Consumer Association of Singapore Mediation Centre, where he regularly assists parties to resolve their disputes amicably. His experience as a mediator saw him successfully mediating a variety of disputes including a significant number of real estate commercial disputes.
