Horror Drunx. Joe STATE is credited with being the leader of the Oregon chapter of the Horror Drunx, he is constantly organizing events and recruiting members as well as promoting official Horror Drunx events.

ADX Crew. Joe STATE is a founding member of the crew based out of Aloha Oregon, as well as the person who actually coined the nickname "ADX".

DFW Crew Joe STATE also contributes to the small 4 person crew of wheelchair collectors. DFW stands for Drink Fight and Wheelchair.
