A'ja Wilson, 2018 WNBA number one overall draft pick signed a contract with the Las Vegas Aces earning her roughly $52,000 for her rookie season. DeAndre Ayton, 2018 NBA number one overall draft pick signed a contract with the Phoenix Suns earning him roughly $5 Million for his rookie season.
