Jeremy was born in Texas and attended San Angelo Central High. Upon graduating he joined the U.S. Marines and after his Honorable Discharge he returned to Texas to live in Austin. He spent several years there working in customer service and retail management. He married his wife Kathryn in March 2003. Together they have five children, two boys and three girls. Jeremy will graduate from Pikes Peak Community College in May 2012 with an Associate of General Studies and an Associate of Applied Science in Telecommunications Production. Jeremy served on the PPCC Student Government, as the President of the Film Club, and officer of the Alpha Gamma Alpha Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa. He is currently the 2011-2012 Phi Theta Kappa Division Four International Vice President. His goal is to attend Colorado State University and achieve a BS in Mass Communications, and then attend The University of Colorado at Boulder or The University of Denver for a master’s and possibly a doctorate degree in media studies, with a focus in public relations. He one day hopes to work in DC as the Whitehouse Press Secretary.
