I am an astronomer working at Centre for Astrophysics at the University f Porto. My scientific interests are the evolution of galaxies, the determination of the fundamental parameters of galaxies, statistical methods in their analysis and quite a bit more. I am also fascinated by linguistics, history, archaeology, geology and nature in general.
