James Lima began serving Global Children's Foundation since October of 2001. After spending several years in youth ministry and children ministry at the age 21, James Lima felt God leading him in a different direction that was never a part of his plan (working with street kids). The problem was, He didn't feel like he would ever find a place where he could use his creative children ministry talents and a passion for reaching children for Jesus while dealing with a bunch of rigid structured grown ups! God opened up the door with a small group of children who had a passion for Jesus and were willing to put up with the antics of a former children minister. He can honestly say that doing children ministry for grown ups is the best job he have ever had.
