William The Lion
William The Lion
The first thing I noticed about this article was the lack of citation within the bulk of the material. Most of the information given in the article was not cited. It is not until the seventh paragraph that we get a citation. The article also has language that comes off as biased. Instead of giving just the straight facts, the language makes you feel like the author is trying to convince you. Also, one child is listed being born a mere four years after he was, he would have had to father her at four years old. Either the birthday of Ada Fitz William is wrong or the birth year of William is wrong.

Added a new fact to the article. "The cost was equal to 40,000 Scotish Merks," is what I added. I think it adds context and fits in with the article. I cited my source: :Cardonnel, Adam de. Numismata scotiæ, or A series of the Scottish coinage, from the reign of William The lion to the union. By Adam De Cardonnel, member of the antiquarian society fo Edinburgh. Edinburgh, M,DCC,LXXXVI.
