Hi, I'm infsai.[a] I go by he/him pronouns and I'm cismale. I was borned and currently live in Poland, which means that English is not my first language. So, if you see me doing a grammatical mistake, please fix it and if I do something wrong, please notify me through my talk page—I'd be thankful! Here on English Wikipedia, I mainly focus on music-related articles, especially on song pages. I listen to a lot of genres, however my favorite are dance and electronic. In real life, I have finished a flight attendant technikum, and I work as a receptionist in a four-star hotel.
I knew about Wikipedia since I was little, I still remember using it for some of my primary school homeworks. However, in 2014 I started binge reading many articles on Wikipedia, mostly around geographic topics. Throughout 2014 and 2015 I made few test edits on Polish Wikipedia and in late 2015, I started my first account there,[b] where I mostly concentrated on fixing small errors. In the meantime, I started to show an interest with Wikipedia-like project Fandom,[c] where I started countless accounts to edit wikis about Don't Starve, Minecraft, The Sims or Yandere Simulator. At first, I acted very immature over there and did not follow any guidlines, resulting in many bans. However, since I never meant no harm I gradually started to make better contributions, receiving administrator status of Polish Minecraft Wiki and moderator status on Polish Yandere Simulator Wiki.[d]
In 2017, I registered on Wikipedia as infsai with the same goal as before—to fix minor issues. In 2018, I became a reviewer on Polish Wikipedia[e] and uploaded some language maps that I made to Wikimedia Commons. Later that year, due to lack of idea what I can do and my increasing interest in the music, I started translating articles about music from English to Polish Wikipedia. While on English Wikipedia, I made rather unnecessary edits circulating around unreleased Lady Gaga or Katy Perry songs.
In the second half of 2020, I started editing English Wikipedia more and more. Mostly with intention to fix, rework, expand or just create "Release history" tables to song articles. In December 2020, I have expanded articles about Britney Spears' songs "Swimming in the Stars" and "Matches". Next month, I have written my first page – "Not the End of the World" by Katy Perry - however, it was brought back to redicter status twice, but after a discussion and series of fixes by other editors, the article is still available to read til this day. Later, I have expanded articles such as "Girl like Me", "DAYWALKER!", "Cry About It Later" and "Electric", and created "Cover Me in Sunshine" and "What Makes a Woman".
In the summer of 2021, I have made[f] two articles that I am most proud of: "NDA" and "Oxytocin". They were the first pages that I have nominated for good article status. "Oxytocin" was granted that status on September 7 and was featured on Wikipedia main site's Did you know? section on October 16. In December, "NDA" was also granted a good article status and made an appearance as a DYK on Wikipedia's main site. Also in late 2021, I have created articles about "Thats What I Want" and "Male Fantasy". The latter passed good article nomination on February 26, 2022. After that, I focused on expanding informations about Sickick's remixes of Madonna's "Frozen", in addition to making articles about Doja Cat's collabs like "Freaky Deaky" and "Handstand". Following a small break from editing, taken due to lack of motivation, I expanded articles about Måneskin's singles: "Mammamia" and "Supermodel". I submitted both articles for a good article status, with the latter getting it on July 1. Additionally, a DYK fact about "Supermodel" appeared at the Wikipedia's main page on July 22, while before that I begun creation of articles about songs recorded by Måneskin and "Irrelevant". The former one was made by me in a draft space, and was moved to the main space in mid-2023, without me asking.
After a few-month break, I came back in December with an article about "Angel Down", which passed for a good aricle status on March 23, 2023. My next goal was to finish previously created articles, resulting in expansion of "Freaky Deaky" and "Not the End of the World", as well as making them and "Handstand" a good article nominee. The former two passed in late August, while the latter got approved before the year ended. Additionally, I worked on articles about "River", "Hits Different", "Castles Crumbling", and "False God". "Hits Different" became good article on June 16, while "Castles Crumbling" was nominated on August 29 and was finished by Pamzeis and Ippantekina. The latter guy also took "False God" to GAN. I also expanded Christian Breslauer's music videography and created a page dedicated to Elvira Anderfjärd. During the fall, I have experience severe burnout which coincided with me picking up a job in a new city, thus leading to small output for a half year. In 2024, my draft of "Death by a Thousand Cuts" was moved to a main space, I have finally finished my work on Adam Lambert's cover section of "Getting Older", and I have written "L'Amour de Ma Vie". However, my burnout still persisted–I have not made any new good articles that year, and I mostly came back to my roots overseeing "Release history" sections or other small edits. The following year, I have made a small articles about "Nothing On (But the Radio)" and "Times Like These" and helped on creation of "GMFU".
