Why does Oxford make sense compared to Webster for North American English? Daniel Webster proposed too-wide-ranging of a reform of spellings that the American powers-that-be of his day only *partially* accepted *for a reason*. [1] Heff01 (talk) 06:36, 4 May 2015 (UTC)
