Hi! I am FerDeLancer, an anonymous editor determined to help! I often edit pages related to video games, movies, current events, and anything I feel is lacking important information. Let's-a-go!

Usernames define the Wikipedian, and so when I began to create my account, I had to settle on a name that would be not only interesting and notable, but also memorable and exciting. The name is a portmanteau of Fer-de-Lance, which is a kind of snake that has a worm-like appendage on its tail end designed to be used as bait, as well as the word "freelancer". No idea where it came from, but it stuck!

From an early age, I really enjoyed playing video games, and eventually began to amass a knowledge of storylines and lore, as well as little-known Easter eggs. One day, as I browsed the internet for new Pokémon information, I came upon the section of Wikipedia where Pokémon were listed and categorized, courtesy of WikiProject Pokémon. I noticed that there was no mention of the cultural significance of Lechonk. It is known for its relevance in memes, and I have personally seen way to many memes to overlook that (I seriously have too much free time). That was my first edit, and I do not regret it. Then, out of the blue, a trailer dropped involving new lizard 'Mon Cyclizar. And just like that, my Wikipedia journey began.
