Fadercane are a British rock band formed in London in 2005, originally consisting of Matt Baratella (lead vocals, some bass guit and rhythm guit), Chris Nicholas (guitar, vocals), Miguel Martin (bass guitar), Matt Giannacini (second guit, vocals) and Stephan Cameron (drums).

Fadercane's early music was influenced by different styles, from hard rock to metal, from country to pop, from R&B to Jazz and more. But eventually, when members started to understand how to mix their music preferences, a more melodic hard rock started to define what today Fadercane are.

The band born in early 2005 when lead vocal MattB and bass guitar Miguel Martin played together with other musicians. Since there were not happy about the type of music they were doing and their ideas were less conventional, they decided to split from the others and look for musicians who were more open minded and closer to their style.

Here is when, in September 2005, thanks to the power of the internet, Chris joined the 2 for a jam session. At first it didn't go well, but during the second rehearsal the 3 guys understood that something good was going to happen.

Few months later (December), Chris introduced MattG to the band. Chris and MattG used to jam together in Watford (where they used to live). Chris thought that MattG would have added someflavour to the sound they were creating.
The following 18 months were dedicated to jam and save on disk gigabytes of work. During these months, they started to look for a drummer, but lack of songs and experience between the 4 of them started to highlight the fact that they needed something more attractive than few chords put them together. That's why they started to develop and record some of the ideas they've been working on. In December 2007 the band found in Stephan Cameron the missing piece. He was the right person for the job and the band started to sound a proper rock hero!
