I propose a block of extended duration due to gross incivility.

This user has a history of edit warring, removing content and, most prominently, uncivil comments (including edit summaries). His/her talk page alone shows how many times s/he has been warned in the past; why s/he gets so many chances is beyond me. In addition, s/he then goes on to call other users uncivil.

(Provide diffs. Links to entire articles aren't helpful unless the editor created the entire article. Edit histories also aren't helpful as they change as new edits are performed.)
