My names Emily Steel. I'm an Occupational Therapist working within the Assertive Outreach Team in Northampton town centre. I love my job because its so varied, no day is ever the same, and I love working with people. I dislike my job because I am the only Occupational Therapist in my team and I feel isolated, and also due to working with the team approach our professional roles are blurred which has led to a lack of identity and role confusion amongst team members.
