JAWS It’s twenty foot long and it’s a deadly killing machine it’s ‘JAWS’. The person who directed this film was called Steven Spielberg and it was produced by David Brown and Richard D. Zanuck. This film was one of the most scariest films out when it was released. On the day of its release it was called ‘still in the water’, it got changed because it was to long. It was released in the UK on the 1st January 1976. Roy Scheider played Martin Brody who was the police chief and Murray Hamilton played the Mayor (Murray Hamilton and Martin Brody are the mane characters from my point of view). The police chief told the mayor that there was a shark in the water but the mayor never listened to the police chief because he just wanted the money and let everyone one on the water. The shark jaws got a few kills in, when you see the attacks you don’t see the shark at all but when it gets to the final two you see how huge it is. Amity Island is where it all takes part. Mrs. Kintner places a $3,000 to get the shark killed. A guy named Quint offers to help catch the shark for $10,000, and since people were desperate to get rid of the shark they take the offer. Somebody does catch a shark, well everyone thinks it’s the right one but its not the right one, Brody and this guy that knows a lot about sharks cut it open and would you believe it, its not the right one after all. The people still think its safe in the water but in fact its not. So Brody goes out with two other companions to find the shark and kill it. In the end the shark has one last go at attacking them and manages to kill one of Brodys friends.
