Turnover of operating companies USD 10m to 100m pa.

Responsibilities included technical and legal due diligence for acquisitions of water, waste water, indrustrial waste, membranes technology and solid waste management assets in Hong Kong, Japan, Brunei, Malaysia and China, feasibility studies, development and implementation of capital works projects including design, build, finance, own projects for waste to energy incineration plants, toxic waste facilities, transfer stations, landfills, collection services.

Also includes the possibility of expanding the market region to the middle east, south europe and the indies.
