Doug Deforest (Doug Driesel)

Born October 11, 1961 in Houston, Missouri. Throughout his adult life, music has been not just a job, but a passion. Work credits include recording with such artists as Mickey Gilley, Glen Campbell, Eddie Raven, Blessid Union of Souls, Pam Tillis and many many more. As a producer and writer, Deforest has won the ECMA album of the year, single of the year, and scored many hits on the Texas, Americana, and Music Row charts with artists such as Todd Fritch, Doug Spartz, and Kelly McGuire.

Doug has two children and lives in Cherokee Village, Arkansas with his third wife Amy. Owns and operates Lake Paradise Studio and is currently building his own record label with former RCA exec Ron Geslin.
