David Killip (born 19 September 1958) is a career civil servant in the Isle of Man who has, since 2 June 2003, been the Chief Executive of the Isle of Man Government's Department of Health and Social Security ("DHSS"). He was previously the CEO of the Department of Home Affairs and commenced his civil service career in may 1976 in the then Health Services Board.
