I've got a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Manchester. My topic was information theoretic feature selection algorithms, structure learning and cost-sensitive feature selection. My thesis, "Feature Selection via Joint Likelihood", won the BCS Distinguished Dissertation award for 2013.
