Cliff Gallardo is the latest addition to the ranks of talented hip hop artists from Brooklyn, NY. Beginning his lyrical journey, some years ago after being incarcerated, his downward spiral and numerous run ins with the law spurned a motivation to write; which led to his first song “F**k U”, an expression of his emotions on the consequences of his actions and the negative events that followed. Cliff continued to pen verses, recording his songs with local up and coming producer Sir Quest where he found music as therapy, and saw himself focusing more on the aspects of a career in hip hop and less on the events that lead him there. “If it were not for my time away, I may not have found the love I have for hip hop, and being in the studio recording...everything happens for a reason...and my life would not have been the same without those events, I have since come to terms with it all, and have added a new dimension to my life” says Cliff Gallardo.
