Richard "Bud" Angelotti (a/k/a "Snappy Dog") born circa 1955, is a nationally-recognized master of audio and video editing styles. Given to unique and eccentric business marketing practices, Bud rarely surfaces above the horizon of public awareness, prefering instead to adopt a "Howard Hughes" style of lurking in the corners of cyberspace, such as on Craigslist.

Bud has received critical acclaim for his use of scenes shot entirely in reverse, ingeniously incorporating other-wordly sound and visual effects for optimal impact and creative flair.

Oft-given to recounting remarkable, personal and perhaps drug-induced experiences, Bud can be found in Vic's office at around midnight telling with incredible imagery the story of Marmo, a reported multi-millionaire who frequented Denver-area nightclubs with a bag full of cash and an illuminated, psychadelic-oriented hat during the mid-1980s. Remarkably, given his relative fame, Bud still finds time to speak whimsically about his "good friend" Dennis, with whom Bud recorded folk songs reminiscent of 1960s folk, bluegrass music. Dennis is believed to have died at the hands of serial killer, described as a man in his 50s with severely thinning hair and an acute lazy eye.

When not editing Grammy-worthy footage, Bud can be found babysitting kindergarten-age children and chopping down pencil-thin trees at his mother's home in the Trenton, New Jersey area.
