Career path: some fast facts :

• Commissioned in the Army Medical Corps in 1972 and awarded Best Officer Drill Trophy. Served on assignments in India and abroad till 1994 (full colour meritorious service). Career path medical officer to classified specialist in Radiology.

• Oncology training at Tata Memorial Hospital, Bombay (1984-1985)

• Head of department of Radiology at RGCI & RC, New Delhi, India since January 1996 till date.

• Director, post graduate DNB programme in radiology at RGCIRC, (National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, India).
