Male, born Auckland New Zealand. Currently residing North Shore, Auckland, New Zealand. My username derives from the fact that AKLD is one of the abbreviations for Auckland.

This user rejects appeals by Wikipedia for donations, which are used to pay server maintenance costs. A significant proportion of server traffic is generated by vandalism caused by unregistered ip's, and the reverting of it. This user will not donate toward increased server costs until Wikipedia stops allowing unregistered ip's to make edits.

Every vandalism edit results in a download of the article. Every revert of the vandalism results in a download. If WP wants to boost its page view statistics by allowing rampant vandalism, fine, but don't expect me to pay for it.

Tips
  • WP:EASTEREGG – This is where a link appears to be something, but goes to something entirely unexpected when clicked. So, the link [[New Zealand Railways Department|Government Department]] would seem to the reader to be a link to "Government Department". Instead, it goes to the Railways Department article. In effect, such links are useless because their intended destination is hidden.
