User:Ahecht/Scripts/massrevdel.js is a modified version of User:Animum/massdelete.js for mass-revision deletion.

Add the following line to Special:MyPage/common.js or meta:Special:MyPage/global.js to install: 

mw.loader.load( '//en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Ahecht/Scripts/massmove.js&action=raw&ctype=text/javascript' ); //[[User:Ahecht/Scripts/massmove.js]]

The script will append itself to Special:Contributions and add checkboxes to each contribution line. Checking or unchecking each checkbox will add that revision to the box at the bottom. You can also access the script from Special:Massrevdel if you want to enter the revision IDs manually.
