Enter your birthday like this:

{{user current age|day=22|month=10|year=1986}}
   or
{{user current age|day=22|month=10|year=1986|hidden}}

And the template will display your age like this:

The hidden parameter will cause your userpage to not be categorised by your age.

The date should be accurate, but the code hasn't been fully tested and does require simplification.

I have that problem, too. It says when I edit my userpage that there's a template called 11 being used there that doesn't exist. This edit by Superdry19 (talk · contribs) changed the date format. I am not opposed to the change, but I foresee problems going forward with UK/US editors switching it back and forth.
