I'm confused as to what the main topic is here. The template name suggests it should be Scottish Third Division, but the template header suggests 2009–10 Scottish Third Division. This format is currently used across many different footy navboxes; a proposed change would be best taken to WT:FOOTY, so that it gets wider attention and so that maintainers of all affected navboxes can be notified at once.
