Is this template really necessary? Your sources are wrong. Since the legge costituzionale nr. 3 ammended the constitution on October 18th, 2001 Bolzano and Trento are now alternating as capitals of the Region, which is now made up by the two provinces. Also the president of the region is for the first half of a legislature the president of the province of Trento and for the second half the president of the province of Bolzano.
