This template should reflect the musical diversity of Arabic-speaking countries, and not simply be reduced to "Arab music", or for that matter Muslim, which is rather ideological. I think a template on 'Middle Eastern music' would be more suitable and would also open it up to include other related musical genres, like Turkish or Persian.
