Just a suggestion. I changed the state to collapsed again because the template is getting rather large and is bigger than most of the pages it's on. A possible improvement might be to merge some of the subsections into their own templates which could then be included (such as shopping centers and department stores having their own templates), then we can have the main template expanded and collapse the sub templates. That might improve readability.
