This event is a bit difficult to present, other option suggestions welcome. For many years, this competition was held over a mile. I indicated those years with an M (as opposed to a lower case m which might indicate metric to some people). 1928 is particularly difficult, since 1927 was a Mile, but 1928, won by the same person, was metric--the first time in anticipation of the 1500m being held in the Olympics. I think what you have done is good. I will add a note at the bottom of the template to indicate what the M stands for.Kwib (talk) 17:45, 19 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]__DTELLIPSISBUTTON__{"threadItem":{"timestamp":"2012-01-19T17:45:00.000Z","author":"Kwib","type":"comment","level":2,"id":"c-Kwib-2012-01-19T17:45:00.000Z-Trackinfo-2012-01-19T17:32:00.000Z","replies":[]}}-->
