What is the difference between a school and a college? and why is there a difference being made in the template?

Is there really a need for the differentiation? It happened here; I didn't notice at the time. To be honest it's not really relevant here, because two of the "colleges" are in fact schools (only Central Sussex College is truly a further education institute). I think we can go back to just listing them all under the Education header.
