How exhaustive do we want the list of cases in this template to be? Do we want only the most major of landmark cases, or do we want to be more thorough? I suppose that being dedicated to thoroughness might make this into a monster template, but here are some more cases to consider:

• Fullilove v. Klutznick, 448 U.S. 448 (1980)
• Wygant v. Jackson Board of Education, 476 U.S. 267 (1986)
• City of Richmond v. J.A. Croson Company, 488 U.S. 469 (1989)
• Metro Broadcasting, Inc. v. FCC, 497 U.S. 547 (1990)
• Adarand Constructors, Inc. v. Peña, 515 U.S. 200, (1995)
