I've removed the individual districts since I feel this precedent would add significantly to the size of the template, which is already quite large. There are still some random House races that have their own billing here. Special elections I understand, but TX-22 and VA-07 receiving top-level billing as well? What makes these races more notable than the others? Would it be appropriate and useful to add a section for the 2008 Presidential elections? Maybe basic links to the main article about the election, as well as the articles about the two major party primary processes?
