FYI: the Japanese Constitution states that it is “the people with whom resides sovereign power,” not the Emperor. I know it may sound weird, but things were a lot different back when it was written. I fixed the width to match the width of other sidebars/infoboxes (e.g., see Emperor of Japan, Prime Minister of Japan, ...). it's better to use the default to avoid width mismatches. Hi, I'd like to propose changing the image of this template from the current one to the Government Seal of Japan. This seal is used to represent the government of Japan, whereas the Chrysanthemum seal currently used represents the State of Japan as a whole. IMO, using the new image would be more appropriate, given the content of this template.
