Usage
Place this on a preserved version of the page and blank the rest of the page in order to remove page links, categories, etc. Also supply the preserved talk page (if it exists) with talkpage.
Additional instructions are provided to aid first-time merge fixers and non-administrator performers. This instructs them to attribute to the old version using a {{copied}} template, and to blank the rest of the page. These instructions can be disabled with noted and blanked, respectively.
For preserved talk pages, set the talk parameter to true. Instead of supplying talkpage, supply subjectpage instead with the page name of the preserved subject page. Instructions for blanking do not show up if this mode is enabled.
