After editing the first sentence I was inclined to remove the second, then much of what follows because, as the change I made suggests, there are more than four principles. Also, ideas / concepts that one considers "key" are subjective.
According to Crosby, an organization whose objective is Zero Defects needs to implement all fourteen steps, continuously.

I am new to Wikipedia so I hope I am doing this correctly. I am seeing 2 different pages for the subject of Zero Defects as follows:
1) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero_Defects
2) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero_defects
Since this is the proper name for a specialized term the first URL should be the official page for this subject. Low Sea 01:55, 2006 October 22 2006 (UTC)
