These long lists of editors don't seem particularly useful so moved to talk RJFJR (talk) 04:00, 31 December 2015 (UTC)
Stableford classifies it as a fanzine; authors of the SFE entry call it a journal; ISFDb calls it a fanzine/academic journal (although inconsistently, it also calls Vector a magzine in entries like here; and the publication calls itself a journal. I am going to be bold and rename it to Vector (journal). PS. I'd say calling it a fanzine and academic journal is fringe (it is not indexed in academic databases, as far as I can tell: [1]); but calling it a journal seems more correct than magazine.
