Anyone know some russian?
Are there any primary or reliable secondary sources describing this organization candidly? It is a bit weak to describe it as we have and gives some undue balance (meaning I doubt at this point that it is really disputed in any way that it was a propaganda arm by even its participants). It would be good to have some sources though as to its structure, functions and leadership. Especially Russian archives. Reboot (talk) 21:19, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
