If a source uses the term "Truecrypt",[1] should we correct it to read "TrueCrypt"? What if the source uses "TRUECRYPT"?[2][3] Should we say that the source calls it "TRUECRYPT", "Truecrypt", or "TrueCrypt"? I am leaning towards always using "TrueCrypt". (See MOS:CAMELCASE for guidance). Also note that the last known developer called it "truecrypt" in response to an inquiry that called it "Truecrypt",[4] but the official website calls it "TrueCrypt".[5] --Guy Macon (talk) 18:48, 2 September 2017 (UTC)

Hello, Guy

The Arbitration Committee has ruled that editors should not change an article from one styling to another without "substantial reason". "TrueCrypt" has been the dominant spelling in this article for a very long time and changing the case of "C" is a matter of optional style. All you have to do is to make sure it is consistently used. Changing "C" to "c" is really a color of the bike shed issue.
