The issue with Transit valley was a serious issue and part of history. The club was believed to have denied Grant Fuhr current Hall of Famer membership because of race. This unfortunately was a part of history, it made national attention and it is an incident that should not be forgotten. I believe someone tried to have this removed in an attempt to hide the truth. It was unfortunate that this occurred, especially in 1993.to confirm that this issue occured go to the Buffalo News archives as well as the article i posted on the page from ESPN.Grant is the Fist Black player to be inducted into the NHL Hall Of Fame. This issue is no different than Rosa Parks incident or other notable incidents that have occurred throughout history. everything in this article is true.

This was NOT an attempt to hide the truth. It's just that the club itself doesn't have enough notability to warrant its own article. The entire article can be and is integrated into Grant Fuhr, so there's no point of having a separate article. If you don't want to delete it, just redirect the page to Grant Fuhr. The club does have notability not because of its course ...it is noteable because it denied membership to the first black player to be voted into the NHL hall of fame. The rejection was based on race....Grant Fuhr was discriminatd against like other former black athletes like Jackie Robinson, Hank Aaron, & Willie O'Ree. This snub occurred in 1993. 1993 not 1943! Hiding this incident or trying to erase it from history is not fair. This article it notable because it tells the history of the event. Most articles on Wiki do the same thing...this is a place to record history & the truth. Again, the issue is NOT with the notability of the event, it is about the fact that you've copied-and-pasted the same thing from Grant Fuhr, and the episode can be summarized compactly on his page. A simple redirect so that any other visitor who searches for "Transit Valley" will be redirected to the Grant Fuhr article would be the best solution, since it prevents redundancy.
